I am licensed Indiana Real Estate Broker and a member of the National Association of Realtors.  I have over a decade of experience as a real estate investor in Dearborn County Indiana.  In addition to my real estate experience, I spent several years as a contract negotiator working on multi-million dollar deals for a Fortune 20 company in Cincinnati.

In addition to working with Lohmiller Real Estate, I also own and manage RLE Investments, LLC and Estep Real Estate, LLC. RLE Investments, LLC primarily invests in real estate in Dearborn County and provides high quality rental housing in Aurora, Dillsboro and Lawrenceburg Indiana.  Estep Real Estate, LLC provides services to Investors such as leasing, property repair/maintenance, rental turns and rehabs.
